SENIOR MANAGER, LOAN ADMINISTRATION

United States Capital Corporation (US Capital) has an exciting opportunity for an accomplished commercial equipment financing and leasing loan administrator. This role serves as a senior liaison with US Capital’s independent lending partners and is accountable for the timely submittal, approval and closing of loan and lease transactions generated by various US Capital sales channels.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in finance required and 2-5 years relevant experience.

  2. Ability to enthusiastically communicate effectively with US Capital associates, prospects, customers and independent lenders while employing sensitivity, business acumen, and good judgment.

  3. Ability to apply accounting and finance principles in the interpretation of customer financial statements and based on this review select the independent lender most likely to fund the transaction.

  1. Experience using critical thinking to identify complex problems and ability to develop and implement creative alternative solutions.

  2. History of influencing or persuading others.

  1. Background working in an environment that required a high level of integrity.

  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Essential Functions:

  1. Possess an outgoing, sales-oriented personality for building positive relationships with internal and external business partners including customers, prospects and independent lending partners.

  2. Take ownership of the complete funding process for select direct and vendor sales channels from receipt of the customer application to selecting the appropriate independent lender to successful transaction funding.

  3. Analyze the customer credit profile to assess credit risk and to determine the feasibility of obtaining funding. This includes financial statements, credit reports and other information to help obtain funding.

  4. Negotiate finance structures with both independent lending partners and borrowers.

  5. Continue to educate and mentor existing personnel on lending best practices.

  6. Become knowledgeable of all credit and financial information used by our independent lending partners in their making of lending decisions so as to determine which partner receives which loan or lease application.

  7. Prepare summaries, vendor production reports, present facts, and offer opinions concerning credit profiles along with directing loans and leases through the due diligence and documentation process.

Compensation and Benefit Package:

  1. Base Salary + Commission

COMMERCIAL CREDIT ANALYST, ACCOUNT MANAGER

This role serves as the primary liaison between US Capital’s funding partners, various sales channels through the credit acceptance process, as well as, with distributors and customers to ensure timely closing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Ability to apply basic accounting or finance principles in the interpretation of customer financial statements.

  4. Ability to communicate effectively with customers while employing sensitivity, business acumen, and good judgment.

DIRECTOR, VENDOR EQUIPMENT FINANCE PROGRAM SALES

United States Capital Corporation (US Capital) has an exciting opportunity for an accomplished sales professional who sells vendor finance programs to manufacturers and resellers of commercial equipment.  This role serves as a senior vendor equipment finance program sales driver to US Capital’s target manufacturing and reseller audiences and is accountable for selling US Capital’s vendor equipment finance programs to those audiences. 

Knowledge Areas:

  1. Marketing financial services.

  2. Persuasive leadership.

  3. Sales training and coaching.

  4. Project management.

  5. Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Basic Search, ACT.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Essential Functions:

  1. Possess an outgoing, sales-oriented personality for building positive relationships with internal and external business partners including customers and prospects across the U.S. and Canada..

  2. Be able to reach C-level executives by phone, gain personal sales appointments and convince prospects that US Capital’s vendor finance programs are the best choice to help them increase their equipment sales.

  3. Take ownership of the complete vendor finance sales process including identifying target industries, selecting specific prospects, developing sales strategies and sales collateral for those prospects, presenting US Capital’s vendor finance programs to those prospects and closing vendor equipment finance program sales.

  4. Analyze target industries to estimate the success of selling our vendor equipment finance programs to them.

  5. Qualify individual vendor equipment finance program prospects to determine viability.

  6. Become knowledgeable of all credit and financial guidelines utilized by US Capital.

Previous Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Background working in an environment that required a high level of integrity.

  2. Experience using critical thinking to identify complex problems and ability to develop and implement creative alternative solutions.

  3. Success in building target prospect lists from SIC codes and list selectors.

  4. Know which industries are best suited for vendor equipment finance programs.

  5. Ability to enthusiastically communicate effectively with US Capital associates, prospects and customers while employing sensitivity, business acumen, and good judgment.

  6. Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in marketing required and 2-5 years relevant experience.

  7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and 3rd-party list management services.
