Primary Program Talk Tracks / Selling Points:
- Up to 7-year fixed rate financing (no rate reset during term).
- No prepayment penalty after Year 1. (Only 2% remaining principal balance fee for loan payoff in Year 1.)
- Please see Standard Prepayment Rate Matrix for customers interested in lower rates. These customers would be subject to the following prepayment structure:
- Customer may prepay loan at any time with a prepayment fee based upon the loan’s then outstanding principal balance + 5% in the first year, declining by 1% annually.
- App-only program available up to $500K financed.
- No down payment or origination fee. 0-2 advance payments and one-time $295 documentation fee due at closing.
- Flexible transaction structures: Loan, Equipment Finance Agreement, or $1-Out Lease. Transactions have no end-of-term residual to Customer.
- Early commencement of Customer contracts also available for rate locking purposes.

Financing Also Available For:
- Terms < 36 Months or > 84 Months. (Minimum Term: 12 Months. Maximum Term: 120 Months.)
- Customers with < 3 years of laundry ownership, as well as municipal Customers.
- EVI should call US Capital if a custom structure or customer accommodation is needed (e.g. deferred payments), regardless of Transaction Size.
