John Hofmann has been Chief Executive Officer of United States Capital Corporation for the last twelve years and continues to lead the company’s activities nationally and internationally. Prior to joining US Capital, John was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Aon Warranty Group. John was responsible for new business development within the retail, financial services and manufacturing segments for extended service plans and their support services.

Additional experience includes Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Outlook Group Corp; a leading packaging and direct marketing company and Senior Vice President, Business Development Group for the Signature Group; the direct marketing subsidiary of the Montgomery Ward Company.

John earned a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University’s J.L.Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Executive Master’s Program.

John has been married for over 30 years and has two children.
